Daily Practice: Establish a 21-day self-healing practice to integrate the energy.

Reiki Attunement (Reiju): An initiation to connect with the universal life force energy.

Level 2 (Okuden: Inner Teachings)

This level deepens the student's practice and extends the ability to heal others both in-person and at a distance.

Sacred Reiki Symbols: Initiation to symbols in this level and learning the three sacred symbols with their uses.

Distance Healing: Techniques for sending healing to others, past events, and future goals.

Client Sessions: Learn the process for performing professional Reiki sessions on others.

Intuition Development: Exercises to strengthen psychic abilities and intuition.

Level 2 Attunement: A second attunement that increases the practitioner's healing power.

Level 3 (Shinpiden: Master Practitioner)

This level is about achieving personal mastery and is for students dedicated to intense personal and spiritual growth.

Introduction to Master Symbol: Learn the most powerful symbol, used for healing on a soul level and for initiating others.

Advanced Techniques: Includes advanced energy work such as Psychic Surgery, Advanced Scanning, crystal grids, and advanced meditation techniques.

Crystal Healing: Learn to use crystals and create a Reiki crystal grid to amplify healing intentions.

Manifestation: Use Reiki energy to attract and manifest goals.

Master Attunement: An attunement that enhances the ability to channel energy, often referred to as a spiritual awakening.
